Crystal Valley Annual Meeting is on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the main office in Mankato. Ballots must be submitted to the main office by 2:30 pm on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.

Crystal Valley is currently accepting nominations for the Board of Directors. Applications to serve on the Board of Directors must be submitted to a member of the nominating committee or received at the Crystal Valley main office by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. The boards of directors of Crystal Valley and United Farmers Cooperative met together on Wednesday, May 31, to evaluate the findings of the merger study of our two companies.  After thorough consideration and much discussion, the decision was made to NOT proceed with a member vote on the merger at this time.

At a recent joint meeting of the two boards of directors, it was decided to complete the merger study and due diligence process after spring’s work and plan for patron informational meetings and a potential vote in early summer.

The Boards of Directors of Crystal Valley and United Farmers Cooperative (UFC) have unanimously agreed to proceed with a formal unification study.

A Special Meeting for the voting members of Crystal Valley was held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at the cooperative’s main office, 1911 Excel Drive, Mankato, MN.

The ANNUAL MEETING of the Producer Members, which is typically held in January, will NOT be held this year due to COVID-19 Meeting Restrictions. Instead, elections and official business will be conducted by mail. Gene Meyer - Board Secretary
